Official Rules: Smail Honda Spring Giveaway
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
2. SPONSOR: Smail Honda, 5043 US-30, Greensburg, PA 15601.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license. Employees of Smail Auto Group, Honda Motor Co., and their immediate family members are ineligible.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD:
Starts March 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET and ends April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
5. HOW TO ENTER:
Automatic Entry via Purchase: Any individual who purchases or leases a new or pre-owned vehicle from Smail Honda during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry into the drawing.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, address, city, state, zip code, day/evening phone numbers, and email address on a 3″x 5″ card and mail it in a business-size envelope to: Smail Honda Spring Giveaway, P.O. Box 1200, Greensburg, PA 15601. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2026, and received by May 4, 2026. One entry per person/household regardless of method.
6. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):
Grand Prize: One (1) new 2026 Honda Motocompacto
ARV: $999.
Winner Responsibilities: Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, insurance, and title fees.
The Motocompacto Giveaway prize is awarded ‘as-is.’ This prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied as a credit toward service, parts, or the purchase/lease of a new or pre-owned vehicle at Smail Honda.
7. WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing on or about May 6, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
8. NOTIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
Potential winner will be notified by phone or email. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before receiving the prize.
9. TAXES:
The prize is taxable as income. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the fair market value of the prize.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By participating, entrants release Smail Honda and its affiliates from any liability or injury occurring from the use or misuse of the prize.
11. WINNER LIST:
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor’s address after May 15, 2026.
