We at Smail Auto Group have a goal of taking every precaution to keep our customers and employees safe in this challenging time. As a temporary alternative, we have implemented a free pick up and delivery of your vehicle at all Smail Service Center locations.
To ensure the safety of our valued customers, we have initiated a cleaning process where every vehicle will be disinfected properly to create and maintain a virus free environment.
All service employees will be wearing gloves to prevent any transfer of germs, dirt, etc.
All employees will be disinfecting all customer and loaner vehicles before servicing and again after a service is completed.
Upon arrival at the dealer service department or at pick up of your vehicle, the following steps will be taken to ensure the safety of all customers and employees:
  1. All vehicles will be pulled through the service drive for an initial cleaning. The inside and outside door handles, shifters, steering wheels, consoles, seats, and key fobs will be cleaned with a disinfectant wipe before delivery or pick up of any loaner, rental or customer owned vehicle.
  2. When services are completed all technicians in the shop will clean any area of the vehicle they have contacted during the service.
  3. After the vehicle is moved out of the shop, service advisors and/or associates will then clean and disinfect the inside and outside door handles, shifters, steering wheels, switches, consoles, seats, and key fobs.
  4. If delivering a vehicle back to customers, all drivers will clean all touched surfaces again upon arrival at the home or office.
We are taking every step possible to keep this unprecedented virus from spreading.
